Staff Feedback

I want to know this as well, you have been doing a great job as a global

 

Modding in more of spurts right now...working 73 hrs a week on night shift. Thats why I dont show up for 16 - 24 hrs sometimes.

Rsprod: Doing great in reports section.

 

More thorough and constructive feedback would be appreciated. Please avoid missing staff members out where possible.

 

SMR/Verts - I'm sure you're doing well as admins, but it would be nice to see you a bit more active in the community.

Sure.
Even though you deserve to be a global moderator, I think that making you one has made your work in the market area deteriorate, and move on to other areas, which is also good, but your work in the market area was outstanding, and you should have stayed there, as you were a valuable asset to the sectional team. Good enough?

Whatever you have to say is fine, and it is only "good enough" if you feel you have had your say. I do regret that me being able to patrol the market has dropped recently, but it's only partly because I'm a global. I'll do my best to improve activity in the market, but hopefully Corey, Sengira, RsProd, Farcast, and Sacro can continue their excellent work while we old market mods are attending to different duties.

 

Rsprod, you are doing an excellent job with spam reports. Just wanted to mention this.

I think all of the staff are doing a great job. They take care of all of my spam reports in a very timely manner.

 

Yeah, it's understandable. Not particularly saying that you are a bad global, I'm just saying that your work as a sectional was outstanding, and it makes it look like you have calmed down, as you aren't focusing on one section.

Yes actually, whereas your previous less descriptive one had an air of negative connotation to it, this more descriptive on sounds a bit more positive, which is nice to hear.

I don't mind if anyone leaves feedback for me, be it positive or negative. However with any type of feedback, its always nice to hear the reasoning behind it so we can work to improve or maintain the specified area ; )

 

Firez: Doing a good job even if you are busy irl.

RSprod: Great start to being a mod keep it up =)

hi, i dont wanna sound like a bitch but staff needs to up their game about these scammers. the member suicidal commando didnt get banned until she made about 5b which took the staff proximately 3 weeks to notice she was a scammer. im not saying you are not doing your job but i looking in the scam report section and it almost seemed as if she was reported 5+ times before RSprod took it in his hands to ban her.

Also off topic but i appreciate what u guys do and i know what you do takes a lot of time to make everyone satisfied. im not ranting about you guys not doing your work but i suggest u find some new staff members to be able to help out a bit.

 

How do you know it took 3 weeks to get her banned when you have been here 4 days?

OT: You all are doing a great job, even if I don't see some of you as much as I used too.

 

Generally those scam reports fall through because members are not smart enough to take the time to read the stickies and provide all of the correct evidence to get someone banned. There is nothing the staff can do about it.

 

Staff receive hundreds of scam reports a day. And, as scottayy mentioned, SOO many of these are rage posts lacking ANY of the required information.

 

We don't ban people for scamming without proof, which almost all of those reports lacked a ton of.

 

Video and I alerted several staff members of a potentially serious issue last night, including Plznate, Rsprod, Firez, Cskiffing, Farcast, and Rsprod. I would like to thank the staff from both of us for responding in such a quick and efficient manner.
