Dispute for my ban/temporary ban

I was banned for evading. Yes, this is in fact true I am not going to lie. I have had 3 total accounts here on Sythe. First beginning with Diablov1 (http://sythe.org/member.php?u=119400). This was my first Sythe account that I made back in 2007. I was new to Sythe and had no idea what went on and it took me probably 6 months to make my first trade. I am the type of person that doesn't trust people unless I can see it for myself, if that makes sense. I started to dislike the name of that Sythe account as it was quite plain, so I made the account ♫├┤uffi€♪ (http://sythe.org/member.php?u=162115) and started doing services for people by leveling their characters for free, gaining some trust to start out again now that I knew what I was doing. Everything went super smooth on ♫├┤uffi€♪ until Jansen (http://sythe.org/member.php?u=39345) had an imposter of him. Many people were getting scammed by his imposter and the imposter tried to scam me. I was smart enough to read the stickies and refused to trade with this person. I kept the imposter added to my hotmail and later down the road they again contacted me bragging about how much money they had made by scamming people from Sythe by impersonating Jansen. I immedietly approached Skele Master and informed him that Jasen's Sythe account was indeed being used by someone other than the real Jansen. The person who had access told me that they had phished Jansen and got a hold of his password and used his account to find victims to scam, not changing the password to make it less suspicious. The real reason why ♫├┤uffi€♪ was banned was because this impersonator was trying to scam someone of their Runescape character and they couldn't sucessfully scam them so this person asked me to add whomever their victim was and ask about an account they were selling. I had no idea that the impersonator was trying to scam this person at the time and I didn't see that I was doing anything wrong by adding someone and asking about a character. Shortly after I asked them about the skills and gave my comment on the character, the impersonator added me into another conversation with the account seller and the impersonator said that he was middlemanning the trade, whereas I had not even initiated a trade with this person. I was then immediately reported for scamming, when I left the conversation after realizing what was happening. So after this I spoke with Skele and others and they all said they couldn't do anything about it. I felt I was poorly treated as a Sythe member to not have justice with scammers. I was framed for scamming after leaving a conversation after being accused of attempting to scam someone when I had only intended to ask about their character. Feeling poorly treated, I made a new Sythe account Mr. Bubbles. I knew what to watch for, I knew what to stay away from. Everything was perfect. No one accused me of scamming them, no one framed me for scamming. Also, around the time of ♫├┤uffi€♪ being reported for attempting to scam someone, the impersonator of Jansen got a hold of Diablov1, my original Sythe account through the e-mail address. I was devastated and did everything I could to try and get the account back because I knew what would be done with it. I tried everything, but I couldn't keep control. Whomever the impersonator was was now in control and I tried to tell Skele to watch that account.

To conclude this terribly long paragraph, I realize what I have done is wrong by making a new account after being banned. I also realize that I was not given a chance to prove myself innocent. I am an innocent person who has never scammed anyone before. Every one of my customers from my leveling services is happy with the service they purchase. Some may see the bad side of me on a bad day, which would be the only flaw in the person I am. I don't know what else to say, I've tried to explain my story of innocence but somehow I feel that is not enough.

I remember on my 20th day or so as a mod confronting him about being a ban evader and I thought he was cleared by Skele....
