Coinshares Ban Dispute

Banned For: "Reselling 3 letter rs acct (scamming) + scamming on realpoor.com"

I was banned for scamming on realpoor.com, yet I've never even visited that site/heard of it, until AFTER I saw the message saying I was banned on Sythe.

My ban was unwarranted because I've never visited that site EVER.

If you're talking about the 3 letter account that I think you are, I actually bought that account from Sythe, only to have it recovered..

You must have me confused with someone else, never in my life have I ever visited realpoor.com.

Yes I was in the Pest Control Clan Heart Unit

Yes I attempted to sell that account numeroues times, but none of the transactions actually fell through completely 100%.

I tried swapping it eventually (after getting scammed various times) I DID swap it with Rspooper though. We had eachothers accounts for a few months and we even kept in contact in-game but after a while we decided to take back our accounts.
(You may PM him to prove that)

In the end I swapped it with some guy for his pure with 99 Mining.
The guy tried to re-sell it, he got scammed by the guy, and resulting in that accounts termination/permanent ban due to "Real World Trading".

I DID swap the account on Sythe, but I never in fact "scammed" using the account.


In 2007, I did not know anything about these type of forums/blackmarkets, I used to be legit back then (No gold buying, selling accounts, etc,)

I have no idea how that burton07 guy got my name and claimed to have owned it. I know you guys think I'm only denying it because, well, isn't that what every "guilty" person does?

I can assure you that I am not him, I'll do ANYTHING to prove to you that whoever he is, isn't me.

I swear to god, I swear on my mom, I swear on my dad, I swear on my sister who is currently fighting in Afghanistan that I am not this burton07 guy who scammed someone using my username 4-5 years ago.

As I said before, I am trying to prove that I am not that burton07 guy who scammed someone on some site I've never even heard of until now. How am I meant to do that?

The burton guy who scammed on realpoor also joined the same pc clan as coinshare about a year and half earlier.

 

If I was Burton on the Heart Unit forums, there is no reason for me to create two accounts because they made you register your old username (one that you use to log in) as your username for the forums. As soon as the name display changes came you could request to change them. (Hence why it says "Original RSN: Chaosmuffin1" on mine, but my name when I post is 'Tds'.

I was also Heart Unit PC Staff so I have no reason to make two accounts as they can easily check our IP's.

Also in his application he posted that he was referenced by "Purepk3r4lyf", if I was him wouldn't I have used the same name so he could get more referrers and upgrade to the "Paladin" Heart Unit Rank?

If you asked them for an IP Check between myself and burton, you'd see that we live in different places (No clue where he lives) but I'm in California.

Did anyone attempt to solicit a mod on realpoor for an IP comparison of coinshare's IP range?

Was rspooper PMed at all to verify the account return story?

If rspooper did in fact agree to the return, then I think the only thing pinned to coinshare is the realpoor scams due to the person supposedly selling the name chaosmuffin1, correct?

Seems kinda iffy, I would suggest trying to contact a staff member on realpoor perhaps?

 

That was my next move, will attempt to do tonight at work

 

Going to unban you now, I may contact realpoor mods later.
