All accounts will be banned?

Well im running about 6 bots right now on my computer.
i am wondering, if one of them gets caught botting and gets banned, do the rest of the 5 get banned aswell?

 

No, that won't happen. Unless for some reason you're botting on the same world, and the same place, and a bot buster clan comes in.

 

dont they ip check you tho? or was tht a rumor?

 

No because it could be your brother or someone else botting on your computer, not necessarily you

a group of people that goes around looking for and reporting suspected botters

Wait I'm new to the whole banning system of Jagex. They get reports, and if they get numerous reports, they look into the account and then deem it being botted? Or are the numerous reports enough to get it banned?

 

My mate was recently caught botting on one of his accounts, he was banned on all his accounts for 2 weeks. So my prediction is that they do Ip Check, though i may be wrong.

Note: he wasnt reset or rolled back on any of his accounts.

 

Either they literally watch the account the same way you see it through the client [without the paint from bots], or they ban based on the rough amount and frequency of reports sent in by players.

Typically, they will ban relentlessly on free to play accounts, and they will give negative membership days or ban temporarily on some member accounts. Sometimes, you will not encounter any bans on a member account.

I have not been banned on any of the 8 accounts I've had for the last 5 months, many of which I have botted on more than 24 hours a time many times in a row, on multiple accounts.

 

for some rare events you can get chainned banned.
if your read the player moderator forums they show a bunch of techniques of how they catch bots. Gold farming could result in a chain banm aswell as drop trading as they track that. but simply training 6 accounts i doubt they will invest the time in that.
