My math is Assignment is Due 2morrow--- Help

Hi i was wondering if you could help me with 2 questions needed ASAP ive sat here 4 an hour trying 2 figure em out, Doing Radians ATM

1. Develop an equation the the forrm y= cos(x+c) that looks exactly the same as y= sin(x)


2.At the start of your assignment you chose 3 variables a,b,d. Rewrite the Y= asin(bx+d) using the variables (easy as) variables a=2,b=4,d=-3
But how would i start graphing it?

 

I know the answer from question 1:

Well to determine if this is equal to one, simplify the expression with a common denominator:
sinx/cosx+cosx/sinx = (sin(x)^2+cos(x)^2)/(sin(x)*cos(x))
Since sin(x)^2+cos(x)^2 = 1, this expression then becomes:
1/(sin(x)*cos(x)) = sec(x)*csc(x)
Therefore, this expression is not equal to 1 for all values of x. It is equal to sec(x)*csc(x)

 

so whats the answer?? im only in g10 advanced maths not g12 lolz so i have no idea what sec(x) or csc(x) is
