So I got this rare name off tut island....

Maybe I should do some explaining...
I got off tut island and there's a small army of level 3's standing there with random names.
Figured they were still in the process of chosing a name or something. Discuss.

I remember in February, when you created an account it would have a temporary name like that and then you could change it after.

I had recovered a three year old account of mine and the name that I had was taken by someone else, so it asked me to choose a new name, resulting in this:

Sadly with the screen up to change your name you can't do anything at all.

I have a shitload of these accounts. They are old accounts, and Jagex has taken the name because I've not played on them for over a year. or something. The thing is, when I log in on an old account, my name is #Player347 for example. Now, my guess is people van see you as #Player347, but you cant do anything on your account before you've chosen a new name. so that's not really rare and it's useles.

EDIT: I've this one account stuck in tutorial, I can look around an examine stuff, but can't move. Maybe he means he was succesful in getting such an account ingame. That would be an achievement.
