    If a buyer uses Paypal with a MoneyPak can they chargeback?

    If you mean that they funded their PayPal with a moneypak, then yes, they can open a dispute on PayPal.

    Whenever selling via Paypal, I suggest using PlayerAuctions.com; helps prevent charge-backs, and if you are chargedbacked, they cover lost.

    No they can't, but PayPal does frown upon using them for payments.
