Old 2005 Account Perm. Banned - No Evidence - Help?

I just recovered this account today, after seeing a thread about someone's first account being recovered. And then, this shit pops up.

I legitimately haven't logged onto this account since 2005, and I wanted my Veteran's Cape and my 2000 days since last logged in screenshot ... But now jagex is fucking me over. I sent in an appeal of general confusion and wondering if it could have been a mistake, but does anyone know what this means? What is a 'Manual Perm Ban' ? I don't get it. xD

Honestly, no. I was like 10 at the time, too young to have RWT, botted, or cussed out a bunch of people. They don't perm ban for swearing anyways, my mute thing is all green.

I think it's actually a fluke, I really hope I get this back ... I want my veteran cape.
And I have a sneaking suspicion that one time, my friend let me wear his "blue hat" and I stole it ... Pretty sure that 'blue hat' [Party Hat] is still on this account, that would make my RuneScape career so amazing.
Fund my AGS Pure and Turm Zerk all at the same time.

 

I've had a Manual Perm Ban from 2005 on an account of mine and I think that things just there because of that update to the new appeals system like 2 years ago, so you must've broken a rule back then.

 

Scamming isn't allowed on Sythe.
