Explanation of the trade:

I was in search for an ironman account and contacted Brullo, thread: [VOUCHED!]⛄ Dream Midgame Ironman with Full Crystal and Bowfa ⛄ {500M++ Bank!}

He said that the one advertised in the topic is reserved already, but he has other ironman accounts for sale aswell. My original budget for an account was around 500$, but he made an offer for another account for 830$ which I thought was worth it, so I decided to stretch my budget a bit. Since we were talking in the middle of the night and the only funds available instantly summed up for about ~650$ I asked if he would accept a deal for me to pay the 650$ right that time and recieve the account asap and rest, 180$ tomorrow as soon as banks open for business. I provided him with vouches I had on the other market also runescape related, since I had about ~30 vouches. He agreed and gave me the amount of SOL equal to 650$ for me to send to his wallet, that I did. After I sent the funds, it appeared from his side that there was some miscommunication and in his mind I was "reserving" the account. When I asked to return my funds, he said "I already staked the SOL" and could return my 650$ in 24hours by the latest. As I still wanted to play, I scraped another ~120$ dollars from different places and asked if I send those also, could I recieve the account this instant, since pretty much more than 90% of the amount was paid already. He agreed. I sent the amount over, he confirmed he got both of the payments. Now when I asked about the account details, he said he sent an email change request to my mail, which I never recieved. Also no account information was given to me and he had to go this instant for a grocery shopping with his wife. Red flag.

Now after this "I have to go" message as soon as I had paid him I was tired of playing games with him and decided I want to get my money back. I had not received any account information or mail he supposedly sent till this day. He answered me hours later when he was back from grocery shopping and promised me money back latest by 5PM EST next day (my timezone 8th May, 1:00AM), since the money was "locked" already. Now comes 8th of May and I ask for my money back, he said it was still locked, but he will give me back the amount in LTC as soon as his bank clears the money, right after his work day, which again was by 5PM EST next day (9th of May 1:00AM) for me. I provided him with the LTC address for him to send the money to. By the time im making this post, there has not been any payments made to me.

I have no clue if I see the money again or not, but I know he still is bumping his posts and selling his accounts while he owes me money which he has promised to pay me for some time now. After I made the payments the communication has been slow from his end and he keeps on delaying the payment he has to make. Providing screenshots below.
