    You didnt specify for a pure or main...

    For pures click avoid defence and turn off open prayer doors.

    Dungoneering HELP!!
    For a starter lvl 3 I suggest you:
    *never do med floors
    *Attack style make it melee
    *Don't do rush floors for now.

    Pretty much anyone can train dungeon, it all depends on your gear though.

    Thanks guys ill just use default settings then but i think rsbuddy is down atm so ill wait till its back up :)
