"TDG Best" Scammer

Briefly explain the trade: I was selling a Blue H'ween Mask and dragon claws, this guy PM'd me and said he was interested so I added his MSN and we talked. I was looking at his vouches and it seems he was trustworthy, so I went first. He said he would send $140 as a gift to my paypal account but he never paid, and he logged out of MSN.

How they scammed: I went first, he didn't send money.
