Fremmenick Saga Rewards?

Anyone know of the rewards for doing the Fremminick Sagas yet?

3,750 XP in Attack, Magic or Ranged

2410 Dungeoneering XP

Are they worth the time it takes to complete the mini quests?

Seems like 37k dung exp would be.

 

Even though the exp isn't as good as some people would like it, the Sagas themselves are actually pretty fun, especially the last one.

 

the only one seems worth doing is the last, do i have to do the rest to be able to do that one

 

I think ill do them all for the sake of the story.
