Reduce the programming sections into one forum

    Reduce the programming sections into one forum
    Currently, the programming forum group has 7 sections, all of which receive limited activity. I believe condensing the sections into one forum will reduce the space the inactive sections take up, partially restore the forum's activity by having more daily posts in one place, and not force people to view 7 different sections to see maybe 0-5 partially active threads in each section.
