Pingy - Involved in Scam via Discord Admin (Elf) - Refused to Pay for OSRS Server Finding Task

Explanation of the Situation:
I was hired by Elf (Discord username: Elfofs) to find OSRS-related Discord servers. Elf mentioned that the payment would depend on the number of servers I found. After submitting over 50 valid servers, Elf delayed the payment multiple times, stating they would check the servers before paying. Eventually, Elf refused to pay and told me they no longer wanted to work with me. I was then banned from their Discord server, which has over 500 members.

Pingy, who is also an admin in that server, is involved in gold trading on Sythe. Given their role in the server, I believe Pingy is complicit in the scam.

Amount Scammed:
The amount was not fixed, as Elf stated the payment would depend on the servers I found.

Elf told you if you found servers that we would end up sponsoring, you would be paid some $ (Non specified)

So you spammed Elf with 20 servers from Sythe which is completely useless for us.

Afterwhich Elf who was busy/didn't review them in time or was not interested

Disrespect when given an opportunity to make money after begging 100 times Is not something anyone from our team tolerates or welcomes.

Consequently Elf told you to Get lost in short words & we no longer wanted to pursue anything to do with this individual.

Next time when somebody Is offering you something after begging 100 times over, do not take kindness for your sickening scamming advantages or attempts to extract value.

None of your discords were sponsored, nothing was agreed upon $ wise, and you attempted to extract value after being impatient & we were going to help you out of kindness, consequently none of our team do business with shady individuals of this nature.

He was told If he finds a server that we would sponsor he would be paid. Nothing was sponsored.

As we had deemed none are good and didn't want to sponsor any of his servers, he wasn't paid. But ultimately It was due to lack of his competence.

It's not the way to do business.

 

No nothing was specified as he quoted in the title. I was doing it out of good faith & good will to help the man out.

But after his inflammatory replies to me I'm no longer interested in working with shady individuals that attempt to extract value from individuals who act in good faith.

 

Actually the whole deal was based on me sponsoring a discord. From my words
"depends if the discord accepts my sponsor"

And from his own words
"How much will you pay me for getting a server sponsored"

& the fact that he's waiting for me to "Check the servers" = I need to give the green light of a server in order to be paying for anything.

He's not getting a dime, this is concept. Not being blackmailed for $1 by nonsense beggars that were given an opportunity but attempted to extract value forcefully.

It's a discord that's been shared many times over years with workers that are no longer with me & currently Is shared with me & 2 others that lives with me that help me operate 24/7
