sekirei(also on netflix)
High School Of The Dead(HOTD) (youtube is your bestfriend on this one ;D)
Devil May Cry(short 12 episode seires not bad if you enjoyed the games)

please note that the first three anime i recomened are for mature audience, if you're a little kid who cant stand something as simple as Naruto's Harem Jutsu then these series are NOT for you.(yes they blow Naruto's sexy jutsu by a looooooong shot)

Manga... hmm I havnt read anything good latly... besides the crap everyone else reads Ex. Bleach, One Piece, Naruto etc... tbh most of the anime that was or is on Adult Swim is pretty crappy...
