payed 75m for a list of quests. been awhile and still hasnt started. ignored me on msn for awhile and now saying he cant refund atm

just trash talking and then he set his msn to busy and never replied back. all the msn logs above are the ones that matter. the last one is the most important.

basically the whole story is

i payed him 75mill to do a list of quests
told me he had started them
19 hours later he still hadnt started them
claimed the bank pin didnt work, which is definitly does
i changed my pass and asked for a refund
he said no cuz how can he prove that he has payed me back
i said pictures dumbass
he said no cuz u can still say i havent payed you back
i said wow kid get banned
he said he wont pay me back till a omm mm's the refund
