Haven't posted on this in awhile, but I'm currently on 99 agility and 99 hunter and I'm looking to start combat skills. Has anyone got any suggestions for which bot to use?

 

If you can buy paid bots, buy Perfect Agility and Perfecticus Hunter.

Pardon me, I misunderstood. I thought you were on 99 agility/hunter meaning that you were working on them.

For combat skills, you can buy Perfecticus Fighter. You can use any combat style with this bot.

Though, for magic, you can buy a variety of bots (if not using combat). Some of these include Dream SuperHeater, AutoAlcher Pro, and AutoMTA Pro.

Erm, no. Soul Wars is rather slow XP, even at high levels. You can get much better XP with Perfecticus Fighter. However, if you're going to go specifically for prayer (and you're not going to spend RSGP on prayer), I suggest you use Perfect Soul Wars, though you may feel like it's not worth buying just for prayer.
