Hidden RS Update???

My friends told me there was some RS update that was removed soon after it was posted. A lot of ppl are talking about it. I have no idea if its true tho i dont know why my friends would lie.

Also, the forum post for the update (15-16-478-62840936) doesnt match the homepage post - there is one "in other news..." update missing in the forum post so they might have messed up the edit.

 

Finally a use to the Ring of Stone.

For those too lazy to watch the video, it tells that Ring of Stone, when worn, will prevent any monsters from attacking you for up to 1 minute.

 

Anyone else got any info on this? Wondering if I should invest in rings or not . I thought they were pretty overpriced already so i dunno.

 

Never saw it, as you said though a lot of people are talking about it.

If your rich, I would invest in the rings.

I'm saying it's real because of how that makes sense for the ring of stone to do that.

But, it could be a fake and someone is trying to make bank off of it.

Well i have like 3 rings now and if they go up ill sell them ftw. probably gonna buy a few more ^_^ if they don't go up it wont matter that much to me..

 

I was online just when the update happened and didn't read about it in the other news bit. Don't see why anyone would fake it though.

Has anyone checked RS to see if you aren't attacked by NPC's when ring is on?

 

I heard it doesn't work. That might explain why they removed it.

I heard this is fake now. No idea what the truth is. How could it be fake? Nobody can edit a video that quick, it was posted like right after the update.

 

It IS possible to edit the HTML code to make the page appear differently

I was checking my bots this morning and it said System Update in: 9:00 some seconds...so it could very well be a possibility ;P

 

I dont think this is true... I mean, players would get advantage off it on godwars, tds, etc.

 

That may be a good investment then...
