Explanation of the trade: StockAllDay was hired to design and code a cryptogambling website
How they scammed: They setup a project plan via pdf file, split up in 4 phases and i would pay each phase upfront so payment split in 4 ways, I paid the first payment of $2962 before they began, phase one was meant to be the following (Screenshot - bbf54940a5723905514b692ce12e70de - Gyazo). Phase 1 was homepage design and coding, live chat coding and implementation with raindrop, coding for cash/withdraw and user balance and a few place holders and design images of 8 specific "original games". As well as a roadmap of how the entire roadmap will be built and look.


What they delivered was horrible on this first phase, was nothing, a non functional homepage and a logo design, with a non functional chat, homepage is a copy/paste nothing is designed or personal its all very basic and very garbage.
the design images of the original games were also very garbage and i expressed this to them.
When I asked why everything was non functional and nothing works and its just a copy/paste with images they stated it is purposely done that way and he strategically setup the project plan so i would get nothing until the end. He was even reluctant to provide me any code even though it was agreed all the work through each phase would be delivered to me. I got upset and respectfully told him that this is not very motivating to me, hes shown me no previous work on any websites he designed and has very minimal vouches 5 at max. So I told him, I fear that I am being scammed and not even sure he can do what he says he can.


I expressed to StockAllDay that what he provided was nothing but a few images used from other sites. no vision, no creativity, nothing personal and it was missing "Wallet, cash/withdraw" it was missing place holders for users, leaderboard. amongst other things. When I asked him honestly, how much he would pay for the work hes done he told me "no more than 300-500$" and he hopes that I proceed because if not I will have paid him $3000 for 500$ worth of work, for my sake he hopes that i continue.

I then asked for a refund, not even a full refund, half refund, with the thought that maybe he did at least some work. even though he himself agreed it was no more than $500. he told me no, and now I am proceeding with this post.
I was generous and asked them for a 50% refund which to his point was 3x the amount of work he done. and he denied.

Him telling me again he will feel bad If i do not proceed with the next $3000 payment because I would have paid him $3k for $500 worth of work. (I was not happy and expressing to him I will not proceed with next phase in this given state)

work that was delivered (everything non functional, missing wallet, deposit/withdrawl, missing profile settings, leaderboard placeholder, and very much a copy paste, even the project itself the file he provided was called "runehall" i told him i wanted a site like runehall and we agreed something similar but i didn't expect a copy paste) NOTE: he did say for demonstration purposes he would use runehall images, like the banner etc which i agreed was fine just for demo.

I am willing to provide this privately as it includes some of my brands and naming that I want to keep secret before i secure domains


then he was being reluctant to provide me with any code of the phase upon completion although im paying for this and should own it, he did infact deliver it but "removed code" from it. We agreed this is my property since i paid for it and should be delivered
see comments about removing code before delivering the code to me like we agreed.

At this point I have no confidence in his work, the work was very garbage, after I said I was going to make a post he offered to show me some games he is designing which are also very bad lacking creativity, and I just have had it. The work he does is very very bad.

 

This looks to me like a desperate attempt to commit fraud by spost112
Trying to make these words: [it is garbage, very basic, I have no confidence, just copy/paste] into argument says already that you don't even have an argument.

Note: I have removed his brand name in chat-logs with red colour on screenshots.

We have agreed that I will work on the website in 4 phases and spost112 was informed about my Terms Of Services in projects file.

His claims that my work is garbage and trash are entirely unfounded and they make no sence, as he explicitly approved Phase 1,
stated his intention to proceed with the payment for phase 2, and I delivered the Phase 1 work within 3 to 4 days.
He also said:
"So lets go over next phase"
"I am starting to really really like the look from the website"

This is proof that 80% of his text in this report is a lie where he states constantly that my work is trash and garbage.
He has stated that he will move to phase 2 and that he is satisfied with look of the website.
I guess this is just his desperate try in order to get a refund to scam me.

In this deal I was obligated to finish 4 phases, cost of each phase would be $2962 and I would be paid upfront.
I have received $2962 upfront payment and I have finished the first phase. He has acknowledged that he sees the vision here.

spost112 has breached our agreement by refusing to continue with Phases 2, 3, and 4, as previously agreed upon.

I was not obligated to deliever the code of each phase, eventhough based on his request I did it which was my free will.
Everything should have been delievered at the end, when the website is fully finished.
I have informed him that he may review my work upon completion, and should he find anything unsatisfactory, I will make the necessary revisions at no additional cost.

In my opinion, he has attempted to scam me at the start already. A website of this nature holds a market value of at least $30K-40K;
however, given that I come from poor country, I was content with accepting $12,000.
As I had divided the project into four distinct phases (I have suggested this since he wasn't comfortable with paying 50% upfront or all),
I believe he initially assumed that each phase would be valued at approximately $8,000 to $10,000.
Once he realized that the first and second phases consisted solely of design work, rather than fully functional games (in phase 1 and phase 2) as clearly
outlined in our Terms of Service he decided to withdraw from the agreement.

I will refrain from making further posts, as this appears to be a clear and self-evident case in my view. In this report:

1. I have proved that he was satisfied with my work.
2. I have proved that his decision was to move to phase 2 and to proceed with next payment.
(if he was not happy with my work from phase 1 as he said in this report, why did he decide to proceed with next phase?)
3. I have provided evidence that phase 1 was delievered and completed.

Besides all of this he dared to slander and lie in this report.
