Hey Guys My name is Taylor and I have decided to make a daily log of the items I am flipping, and the progress I make with my cashstack. I was a pretty sucessful flipper when i had 400m or so, and could make great cash flipping high priced items. However i lost my bank dicing . Now I have decided to take part in a journey to see if i can build my bank back up. Thank you for looking at my log, and wish me goodluck.

I will try to update this daily, so you can watch my progress (assuming im sucessful).

ps: I try my best to have the items I bought and sold right next to eachother in just one purchase, however sometimes the item stops selling so i have to find the new buying price, which is why in some pictures you will see that i purchased or sold just 1 of that item.

Day 1:
Today was the first day of flipping. Im trying to get back in the groove since I have not done it in a while. I have started with 23m even. I messed around for 2 hours while watching netflix. With the money i have right now, im usually stuck flipping 1 set of items, so my profit's are a little low.

Today I made 1.5m. Lets see how tommorow goes!

Day 2:

(1m profit!)

(small profit but they would sell/buy in roughly 5 mins...Made 200k)

(decent profit)


Day 3:

(Ehh w.e)

( Nastiest flip ever, 2m profit from 1k sara brews. like 30% return.)

(Bank after 3 days)

Nice, good luck building up your stack, how do you know how much higher you sell the items for? do you just chose 5% more or something?

u buy one at ither %5-%15 above then sell it back @ same percent u bought at buh only below.
IE
lobs bought for 130
sold for 115
therefore ur ganna buy large amnts @ 115 per then sell back for 130 per.

Actually no.

You buy one of the item for 5% and write down the price it bought for. Then you sell it for -5% and write down the price it sells for. Then you buy your item at the price it sold for and sell at the price you bought with.

 

This guy is correct. You cant just put an offer in for -5% and hope it buys, and then +5% and hope it sells. B.c for all you know the item could be selling above mid, meaning it would never buy the item since people are putting in offers above yours. To find the buying and selling price you pretty much do what he says.

step 1: Put an offer in for +5%, but remember the item will sell for the lowest offer in there. So this will give you your selling price of the item you want to flip. Write this number down and deduct a few gp

step 2: Take that same item and sell it for -5%. This will sell the item to the highest person's offer. If you see a nice margin in between your buying and selling prices then this is a good item to flip. Make your buying price a few more gp to a few k above his.

how much profit do you make in about a week

 

its hard to say and there are many factors that play into it. Like playing time, the margins avaliable, Cash to work with.
