How To Get Rid Of PayPal Pending Balance?

For some reason, my account has a pending balance.

I'm not sure why, I'm 19, my account is verified with my bank account. I'm not in trouble with them. I hardly ever use PayPal (like 1-2 times a month).

My only reasoning might be because the account is somewhat newer (less than a year).

So, my question is, is there any way to remove this pending balance? And if so, how?

If the amount pending is money you have been given from another paypal user, it could still be clearing from their side.

 

It's been like this for a few months now...

It comes and goes. Sometimes I'll have it for weeks, other times I had it for a day then it went away and came back the next day.

But, there's no money that's pending. I haven't sent any money or received any in a month or so.
