I can tell he knows it is frowned upon because Earlier this past Halloween, My dads best friend had a Halloween party. His daughter was there with her friends and she was 14 and her friends were 13/14 and I messed with him a little and acted like I told one of the girls that he had a crush on her.
He got red and embarrased and told me to knock it off because it was creepy.
