    MagicFettish is a scammer!

Basically I traded MagicFettish my account for his account, he recovered his account. Luckily I was able to recover mine. I've made a few reports before and none were successful but I'm hopeful this time I'll get a scammer banned.

    Seller's Sythe profile link: http://sythe.org/member.php?u=297361
Vouches if they were exchanged: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1133767
    Original selling thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1130390
Proof of payment: Vouches may serve as proof, as I have no better proof as of yet.
Proof of contacting seller: http://img687.imageshack.us/img687/4852/proofhv.png (I can also provide a screen shot of the fact that I had his MSN added if needed)
Any msn conversation you still have: Unfortunately I do not have any of my MSN conversations saved, and seeing as the initial trade went smooth I did not screen shot the conversation.
Anything else you can provide that might help: Really thought this bloke was trust worthy, I even made a signature for his vouch thread as a thank you. Do not trade him.

(Additional Info: I also have screenshots of my email to prove that #1 my email was changed and #2 his email was changed, if this helps please let me know and I'll post the screenshot right away)
If there's anything else that I could provide that may prove helpful, please ask, just in case there's some extra evidence that I am unaware of that may not be included in the account recovery form.

Please post any proof you have, keep in mind it needs to prove that:

#1 He recovered his account first.
#2 That a recovery did in fact take place, and prove that he did it.

    MagicFettish is a scammer!

This is the picture of the email change in my inbox for the "Teleblock" account he sold me (TELEBIOCK): http://img840.imageshack.us/img840/4987/teleblockemail.png
This is the picture to confirm email change for the account "Dearth" I sold him: http://img135.imageshack.us/img135/7723/dearthemailchange.png.
The best proof I have is that I sent him the email, has has not yet to this point replied, he hasn't been online on MSN or answered any offlline messages so I can only assume he has blocked me or he's evading conversation.
I would also be able to prove that I recovered my account successfully but there's no way to prove that he recovered his first seeing as I don't have access to his email account.
