Belmin scammed me for 100m

I have video proof of this, i asked for money in minutes via Western Union, he then asked me for my info, and traded me in game. After he got the money he logged out of Runescape. I was still talking to him on MSN as he kept saying how he would send the money tomorrow and that he had to go to his local agent, however with money in minutes it is instant. I asked if i could get the 100M gold back until tomorrow since i had plans on going out with friends tonight which have now been ruined, and he said no that he had already sold it and would send me the $57 tomorrow.. You need proof. Make a new scam report with any relevant proof you have. Also, please read the stickies.
