Best armour for 40 def?

    Best armour for 40 def?
    I need to know the BEST (highest defence bonus) armour for 40 def. Mainly the best shield. I know there the castle wars shield which required 40 def but i think i has the same stats at rune kite but with 6 prayer. Sooo is there any more???

    Best armour for 40 def?
    the reason its called a RUNE PURE is because it wears RUNE.
