Best armour for 1 def?

Basic decorative shield? Just looked it up it's 5 def to wear and steel kite equivelant.

 

only elemental workshop 2 is needed to wear

thats the faithful shield, it requires 40 def

there is a shield from a quest that looks like an oldschool cw shield, blue and red. i think its 1 def with decent bonuses

 

I believe Fight Arena plate blody is better then iron plate.

 

the armor from the battleifeld khazard chest plate is more defense than iron plate if im not mistaken..

 

Was checking if this has been said, anyway, this is what i believe to be the best platebody.
Elemental body has best 1defence against Magic however.

I'm pretty sure it's the Mind Body, which requires elemental workshop 2, and not the elemental body which gives best magic defence at 1 def. Mind body has +15, elemental body +12.

Considering ure using melee your setup with the bear helm would be best for training. But as for pking I would go with better mage/range defence armour.
