My appeal was denied but i was falsely banned any help?

I have tryed multiple times to try to get my account noticed by jagexsupport on twitter and they never reply and when they do they are no help, is there anyone who can help me with this?

i have been trying to contact someone for months and no help. I got falsely banned for using remote desktop. That isn't banable correct? this was about a year ago. I never used any macros/bots on my account.

literally all i was doing on the account was afking ammonite crabs with google remote desktop away from my pc and got hit with the ban hammer.

Any help would be appriciated can also pay you if you could help it get unbanned if you know a MOD or something that can look into this. DM me i guess

 

your best bet is to make a reddit post and hope it gets views

 

I'm convinced it's an automated appeal response that denies almost everything. It makes no sense. I just had an account banned that I largely played legit on. I botted tithe farm for a couple hours and got a macro major. Still trying to figure out if I should try to appeal it or just let it sit for 3+ years and try it then.

 

I was able to appeal a ban recently using their new ticket system that have for recovering jagex accounts. I just put in the notes all the stuff about the ban and they accepted it but made me make it a jagex account. So you could try that.

 

Did you use a vpn at any point?

 

Even after your appeal was denied? its just annoying cuz all i did was use google remote desktop and was afking crabs lmao, i did 30m thieving on the account with remote desktop and no issues

 

No i didn't since my pc was on and i was using remote desktop while not home just tapping on my phone when needed every like 10 mins and got banned for it

 

Yes even after it was denied. I just submitted that and about 4 days later they responded and said they will accept it but I had to make it a jagex account. And this account also had 3 previous bans for botting too.

There's no way it could be from remote desktop. It's impossible for jagex to see that and it wouldn't be against the rules either.

 

I have a 2day in March and a perm a few days ago, both are still appealable. Would you recommend appealing the 2-day first, then appealing the major or just appeal the perm first? And which option did you use for the appeal - someone else had access or you'd like them to review it?

 

Just appeal them both at same time. IDK if doing them together or separately matters.
