all i hear coming from ppl in favor of the dead penalty is

money > innocent lives

 

Your joking right? The death penalty is when you commit a crime so severe it warrants capital punishment which means death.

Also Blazin your view is too distorted by the possibility of there being innocents on death row. Not 100% of them are innocent. not 50%, Not 25% not 10%, not 5%. Obviously I don't know this to be true but the fact is VERY few of these convicts are innocent in any way

 

you dont know how many are wrongfully convicted
i would actually think 5% would be a fair estimate

 

I think it should be legal, just because prisons are being filled up why should you just sit in a cell until you die, when you could just die right away.
