how to cancel Recovs and email

does any know how to cancel recoveries and emails or link me to a guide for 2011 cause i want to swap but there sketchy cause i have them set even though i would not recover but its better to be safer than sorry (soz edited i dont want rofl thats the point XD)just some account i have to many of *edited
