Player Auctions

I made an order over an hour ago and still waiting. Now they emailed me saying i need to send them a picture of my id and they cant process my order till the morning. There customer support is horrible. Anyone else had any issues with them like this? :'(

 

Personally never had a problem with them, how large is the order for larger trades they require additional information to buy. Their live chat support should be open around now to reply instantly ? Give that a go

 

There livechat is terrible its offline 95% of the time , and when i do get ahold of the guy he says theres nothing he can tell me or do and i have to wait till the morning.

 

I try to avoid playerauctions as much as possible for this very reason. It's a hassle for my customers, no one wants to deal with their crappy-ass service. To give them credit, the service used to be much better, but it seems like they've just stopped caring

 

I agree, there support IS terrible.

I tried to verify my account, they didn't text me and I got the message like 30 minutes after, I thought it was just my cellphone so I re-tried it and both messages came at the same time.
I entered both codes to verify my account and they said they can't verify it (I emailed them).

 

=/ yeah they dont even have anyway to contact them by phone. I dont know what i should do.

 

There was a post on their homepage about how they need to get more staff to handle all of the orders that have been apparently pouring in. So maybe this has something to do with it ?

 

I dont know what i should do now. they said i need to email them digital copy of my ID how should i go about getting this?

Scan your ID, and send it , how big was the order may i ask ?

 

I tried and its saying the email cant be sent cuz the files were to big? So what should i do

 

Make them lower res, find out the maximum file size they accept first an keep shrinking the photo till it is appropriate size ?

 

The worst part is EVERY seller requires player auctions now...

You could just change the file type to JPEG when you are saving the image, that should decrease the file size by a lot. It is probably defaulting in BMP or something.

 

Tinypic is the worst image hosting site.. And i doubt they will click links (no matter if they know they are legit or not)

 

Default is in Jpeg. Ok soo how else could i send them?

 

Go to paint > "resize and skew" > keep resizing the top two by 25% till you reach a readable yet smaller file size. My best guess.

 

What if i compressed them would that work?
