    I wanna know that if you buy a RS account can it ALWAYS be recovered back?

    Yes it can always be recovered back. The part where it becomes hard to recover is when you have a credit card on there, new recovs, new email that the person has no idea of... If you have all information he has, but extra which in this case would be credit card, recovs, and e-mail.... You'd be on the safe side.

    yes,either if you have same information like the seller.. he can recover it becouse of his ip addres
