What Is Wrong :(

My comp froze, I restarted it. Then this happened.

I have restarted it a few times, and have even done virus scans in safemode.
Nothing has been picked up.


My contact list does NOT load the people I have online, people can see me online, I just can't see them. And when I add someone, it says they don't use MSN.
When I get a message, I can answer it.

And my www.live.com doesn't load (Says "done" at bottom, but just stays white)

HELP??

 

Reinstall it.
