Fastest way to 99 range from 80?

Hi i was wondering what is the fastest way from 80 range to 99, i have 19m to blow

 

chins is the fastest way, but im not sure how much they are these days

 

will training at the orge cages work since i cant go into the mm tunnel?

 

Iron knives @ caged ogres is pretty good, though it's pretty boring and usually has a few bots or other players training there.

I would say chins, but I don't think you can afford that.

 

it needs to be multi, you can use the chaos tunnel mummies

 

cadvahn has stole the answer thats the thing to do, good exp and yes, believe it or not, there is a bot for it, although chinning from 80-99 would cost around 45mil, its bloody fast!
