What to use at 60?

I'm looking into this too. The Brackish Blade at 60 then whip at 70 looks like what I'm going to be doing.

If you are staying 60/60/60 and continuously keeping stats the same.. at 70/70/70 use guthans all the way to 99/99/99. You don't need food with it, I love it for botting, but you may need to find a script that supports it or maunally repair when degrades..use a ring of life just incase.

 

If you want to be 99/99/99 use a whip and use the attack option that lets you train all 3 stats at once..

SS is used for strength training. Whip for attack/def/shared exp.
