Hasn't happened to me, but a year ago someone in my class had to give a speech. He started ok, however towards the end everyone was cracking up, and he thought it was because he said something funny.

Only then did he realize that his fly was undone, and his bone was out of his pants; the teacher couldn't stop laughing either.
