Snoopers scammed $30 Paypal

Also Truelegit123, Also Rossjack2, and if Admin don't mind searching his Ip for anyone else they can find.

Briefly explain the trade: I was offering $30 for his Account with 99str, 1 attk, 1 def.

How they scammed: I sent Paypal, they never sent pass/login. I went first. <.<

So, he never sent an email with the information, he just logged off.

I know there is a way I can do a chargeback or something in paypal, anyone able to help with instructions on this?

Also, sorry, I don't know if those count as chat logs like the rules were talking about as they aren't like just a text log, it is the chat history in MSN. If these don't work I can try to pull out something else, I don't know. Here is the last part of our conversation from the actual window, but it is only going up so far now that I exited it, but atleast this is the part where he scams, and it shows that it is the exact same as the log.



EDIT: I am currently in talks with him about giving the money back, I will keep updated. He is suppose to send back tomorrow morning.

EDIT: I edited out pictures per his request and per stipulations of me getting my money back. I have received the money. He should probably still be banned because of his previous evading which I think enough proof has been left behind to show. He didn't want his personal information displayed here, so sense he complied with paying me back, I edited them out.
