why does it matter how much the offer is for pop. either u have pop or not. if u offer low u dont get the pop but u get the account?

 

if u have pop u can reterive the account if u dont have pop u cannot reterive the account. Its for security purposes just incase someone steals your account thats why this is so populaur

 

Offering in regards to the account lol the PoP comes with it, obv some of the price is considered with the PoP. Since very few people even have legit 3 digits nowadays I figure having the original HL1 case might actually mean something to someone buying it so yeh. There is no way this can get retrieved anyways so thats good for people who really want this acct
