Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: Jagex nuked the ability to create legacy accounts. So I bought 50,000 tutorial island completed accs back in Jan of 2024 as an emergency. My workers were also instructed to make as many tutorial accounts as they could before it got turned off. Throughout 2024 as my workers ran out of their own premade emails I started supplying them with my pre-bought ones. My ToS was not updated, and still said my accounts were exclusively made by my workers. There was no hard transition and some workers still have their own emails to use. Unfortunately, A customer waited 30 days to request information about the account he purchased. He did not ask for this information prior to purchase, and the only reason he wanted it was to re-sell the account himself. After informing him of exactly how the accounts were made, but that I would not be refunding him because it had been far too long, he opened a dispute. Typically I would have refunded him if he had only owned it a day or 2 but he owned it for 30 days and I did not feel comfortable buying it back. I was not hiding this information as shown by me telling the customer the truth when asked. I simply didnt think about how my ToS wasnt fully accurate anymore. After the customer filed their dispute, I realized my ToS could be better regardless of the outcome, so I changed my ToS BEFORE being told to do so. After the dispute was sided in their favor I also immediately refunded the customer.

Anything else you wish to say: Tos were changed, customer refunded, simple mistake and it already cost me $300 in refunds. I would say thats punishment enough I hope you feel the same.
