keylogged

so say i got keylogged. and put in my username and password. would they be able to no all my accounts usernames or pass or just that1?

They would have any information you typed in.

 

so what should i do? also is keylogged when some1 sends you a fake email and you type in the username and pass of your acc? is it when you download something

Fake websites like that are called phishers.

Keylogging requires the downloading of something (most commonly an .exe) to actually take effect. Once it takes effect, it will record anything you type and communicate that information to whomever issued you the keylogger.
