Honestly it all depends what you plan on doing with it. like rushing or like clan pking or f2p idk what your doing with it.
The stats i put are ones for like a p2p clan pking pure. 20 def might help if your multi pking tho. not much though. But you might also want to ask what quests to do. gl

If you're making a 1 defence pure for pk profit you're doing it wrong. It's just for fun.

 

Depends on what type of pure you want. Most common 1 def pure would be

Attack: 40/50/60/70/75/80 Depending on what weapons you want to use
Strength: 99
Defense: 1
Hitpoints: 99
Range: 99
Mage: 99
Prayer: Your choice of 13/26/31/52 Those are usually what people stop at

Start out with an g maul pure and see how it goes from there. I would also recommend botting your account... Not many reasons to play legit these days
