I am Indian dispute | ban evader

My previous accounts banned & reasons:
Sagi - It was banned for FAKE VOUCHES. But having fake vouches I didn't do any scam stuff, though I accept it's a BIG offence to do so, though I had no Scam-based purposes for that. My first trade with a guy was $250 for 400M. I was totally new to Sythe, I believed in that guy, because before that, there were no words as 'Scam' that I'd have heard. I sent the money to the paypal he told me, he said he needs some WoW gold in return so he asked me to send the money directly to him. I sent him $190 for 300m RSGP, then he said he got banned in rs and showed me and said he had all the money in there. So he said he'd get me money back later, I believed him....
Then, I was going to sleep and at around 12 Midnight, the guy called me asking me for $60 more so that he can farm gold and get me money back. I agreed and sent $60 to the paypal again.

He blocked me on msn, didn't reply ever and I was pissed. I saw that the paypal I sent my money to for buying the rsgp was Rs prod's and after reading some of that guy's post, the guy I was buying from was actually using my paypal and buying gold himself. My all money got scammed in such a way that I couldn't do anything.

I wanted to be safe while buying rsgp, so I made some fake vouches. But I didn't use the vouches for any scam purposes. Got banned for this and was told that wait for the ban to be lifted when I asked for a dispute, though it is permed.

Casterz - I was banned for selling a recovered account 'dylock', though it's an email login. I then tried to dispute, but Giddy denied my dispute...though you can see on the account I am Indian I recently sold the same name as an email login to Levanaux and you can ask him that it's an email log in. Was permed for this....

I am Indian - Did all types of trades, skilling, gp trades, etc. Didn't scam anyone ever. Made some 40 vouches off it and became trusted. In the Dungeoneering Service I did, I took 70m money first and did the service completely, in some cases refunded money when I was unable to complete the service. Became trusted off this, and I wanted to keep getting more and more trusted. Didn't know that will be banned again.

I'm sorry for ban evading....but please try to understand me, I'm not wanting to scam anyone on sythe.
