At first, (Eleuiese) opened a worker application ticket on December 30th, filled out all the required information, and was asked to provide his Sythe account, which he mentioned in the ticket as shown in the screenshot imgur.com
The worker was then hired after submitting the deposit on December 31st, and everything was going smoothly.
However, on January 8th, 2025, he stated that due to personal circumstances, he could no longer continue working and requested to have his deposit returned The deposit was successfully returned to him
And on March 19th, 2025, (Warapita) opened a worker application ticket and said that he did not have a Sythe account. We tested him and hired him as a worker on March 28th, 2025
And on April 10th, 2025, he opened a ticket requesting to take back his deposit, stating that he had medical reasons and would not be able to work in the upcoming period. (Video of the ticket)
We have rules that no worker is allowed to take back their deposit unless they have completed one full month after paying it this worker was fully aware of that. Around the same time, some customers started reporting that their accounts had been stolen after their services were completed and it was the same person who had handled those orders.

The clients opened tickets and discussed the issue with us, and they are aware that the mistake was on their part because they did not change their password after the service was completed. However, we should have detected this. We checked their tickets and discovered that the worker was the one who worked on the same accounts during this period. At the same time, after completing the work, he asked to take his deposit. We found out that he was the same worker who had worked with us but under a different Discord account this was discovered after receiving complaints from the clients about this worker.

When anyone joins the Discord server, they must first agree to the (Terms of Service) in order to see anything inside the server

First, we have a full explanation inside the server of what the (Vaultcord) bot can do. If someone doesn't want to complete the Humanity Check, they can simply click (Just let me in) to access the server imgur.com

Second, we don't require workers to complete the (Humanity Check) However, this worker had already completed it when he joined us.

After investigating customer complaints, we searched using the UID and found that he had completed the Humanity Check, and we also discovered that he had another Discord account which he previously used to work with us.
As explained above, he returned using a different identity to commit this scam.

In the worker application on the second Discord, Warapita never mentioned that it was the same person, and he didn’t say that he had a Sythe account. He applied to work with us as a worker, and after testing him on some tasks, he was accepted. After two weeks of working, he requested to take his deposit, as I explained earlier. We have a system where no worker can take their deposit until a month after being accepted as a worker. During this period, there were complaints from clients, and he was the only one working on those accounts. First, if he wasn't the person who did this, why hasn't he responded here for confrontation? And when he joined our Discord, he didn't mention that he worked with us in the past, as this is a different Discord, unless he joined to carry out this issue

Just so you know, the bots have never made a mistake because they detect people who have other accounts
