Hi something happened unpleasant I was blocked on eldorado with positive reviews and called that due to “fraudulent” actions “ban appeal has been denied”. No explanation was given. I filled out an appeal and provided my documents and it was still denied.

I found on the forum, it says that you can appeal if I was blocked without reason, I did so, and Amanda in the chat took my residential address, then immediately rejected the application and blocked me. Why such an unfair attitude?
Found your thread here and hope you resolve this by unblocking me so I can continue working

Hello. I verified with you on your marketplace 25 days ago. My storename = LooneyTunes

I was initially blocked after filing, but then unblocked after an appeal.

In the appeal, I indicated that I would be selling Minecraft (with no chance of recovery, which I do myself with microsoft abuzz) and Fortnite.

We started actively uploading accounts about a week later. First uploaded all of Minecraft, but we got our account suspended because we uploaded it incorrectly. We corrected it right away. But Minecraft didn't live up to expectations. We thought we'd get enough traffic to make 100 sales a day, but no. We only sold 22 items.

Then we started to gradually download Fortnite, but its sales were very low. We guessed that it was because of the recommendation system, which doesn't like new sellers. Changed the prices by -20% after a week and we started selling. Total for about 10 days we sold 700$, which is still not a high figure, but our sales were getting better every day.
Now we were planning to do one more thing to improve sales and add more product. But when we went to the marketplace, we found that the account was locked with the reason “internal decision”. I guess the reason is that the sales were extremely low.

I don't want to make excuses for the circumstances, but it's really true. On the 28th of last month we had an earthquake in bangkok and had to move and I still can't find a house living in hotels. I say this because it has slowed us down a lot.

 

I've read many similar situations in these 2 hours and can guess that it's because of the weakness of my account.
Unfortunately this month really has been terribly unprofitable on this marketplace and I totally agree.

Circumstances:
-started only a week after verification.

-not uploading accounts to the Minecraft and Fortnite marketplace at the same time. Should have done this right away instead of giving the prospect on Minecraft.

-should have lowered prices after a few days, rather than sitting around for a week with no sales in the hope that something would work out with a completely empty marketplace.

-also should have installed some skins right away that give high priority in search. we did it just a week ago and our sales went up immediately.

-and a fact that I had no influence on and it slowed down our work terribly - the earthquake. It was impossible to lose my house and think about work at the same time :/

Meanwhile over 1000$ is being held hostage from a worker of ours

 

I didn't quite understand the answer.
So what is the final reason? Reputation is 100%, sales have started to grow rapidly.
When verifying, I provided a link to my large marketplace and it suited you.
What could be the problem?

I ask because they scammed me years ago for OSRS accounts, which they coincidently have 80 of for sale currently. Also, if I remember corectly, on discord they spelled their name the same incorrect way with only one "o" in deadpool. (deadpol) so I have suspicions they are the same person who stole from me.

 

But you verified me 25 days ago. What went wrong?

Nothing happened with sales, only positive reviews and clients.

What could be the matter? At first I thought it was because I hadn't completed $3,000, but I was told that wasn't the case.
