    how to make people skull
    people have thought this is a glitch, but it's not. it is just part of the game's mechanics. it is really easy to do, but nobody thinks of it. this is NOT a guide on how to actually lure people, but i have done this and have lured bandos and furies.
    NOTE: this cannot be done on bots, but anyone else. this guide is short, and to the point. doesn't tell you how to actually lure, just how to get them to skull.
