10m and under - 0.85 per mill
10m-30m - 0.80 per mill
30m+ - 0.75 per mill
I MAY SELL FOR 0.7, depending on payment method and vouches

I will not go first unless you are EXTREMELY trusted. But I have no problem doing increments or using an OMM.
I only have the ability to use paypal and player auctions as of right now, and all payments will be sent as a gift with a message given at the time of payment.
If you are not very trusted, then we WILL be using player auctions. I have recently been scammed out of 200m through paypal, so this is NON NEGOTIABLE. If you dont have many posts and vouches, do not expect to trade via paypal.
For those of you who are unaware, PA (player auctions) does in fact accept paypal as well as various other payment methods. It is a safer way for both the seller and buyer.
