To confirm with both of you then,

The account details were delivered on April 3, 2025.
The account was de-ironed and @3L E T R A was notified of this on April 10, 2025.

Correct?

 

If you purchased the account on April 3rd and (by your statement above) came back 6 days later to find it's ironman status removed, that would mean you would have been aware of the situation on April 9th.

@3L E T R A was not notified of the situation until April 11th, meaning that even if that accounts ironman status was requested to be removed on the date of the sale, both of you would have had access to the account that day and there would be no way to verify who made the request.

@3L E T R A will not be required to issue a refund for the account as you confirmed the ironman status upon purchasing the account, and you would have had access to check any pending requests for removal as well. With that being said, I am going to close this report as there is nothing further we can assist you with here.
