    Briefly explain the trade: I send him a Portal 2 steam account. He took 15-20mins to change the details and ended up doesn't pay. Says he paid KiM[tw], he claimed that KiM[tw] was my partner. He never verified me and I'm also not KiM[tw].

    How they scammed: Sent the Portal 2 account to him, waiting 20mins for the money and not sent yet. Finally he said he sent to Kim[tw] not me.
