Depends what you want to train on, and how much you care about the acc you are botting. If you are training say a pure on cows, it is semi-likely because people will talk to you and you won't reply. Remember that jagex's ban system relies 90% on player reports. If you train at armoured zombies, it is unlikely that you will get banned because everyone there bots.

 

its on a brand new acc i got it to 30 str so far. at goblins going to cows now. can the bot run 24 7 there? like would it mess up at all?

 

Probably. I don't think many people will bother to report a low level account killing goblins. Just make sure to check on it every so often.
