    Explanation of the trade:

    Order a website to be made the user promised it would take 4-6 weeks and it didn't. I asked for an refund due to it not meeting the deadline he agreed to refund then went ghost.
    How they scammed: Pokole and his workers failed to refund me. His worker claimed that he sent the 3000 back to pokole which I doubt. I think theyre all are a part of the scam.

    Finally managed to log in. So the thing is Pokole was the one who made a deal with Kluch. Money was split 1.8k for me and 1.2k for Pokole.

    After some time kluch asked for a refund, and since the project wasnt done I agreed to refund my part. I sent 1.8k to pokole after which he disappeared. Not sure if he exit scammed or if something happened to him but the money, whole 3k, is on his wallet.

    Here's the proof that I did indeed refund 1.8k to pokoles wallet:

    I can give proof i own the wallet that 1.8k was sent from if needed.

    Pokole is someone I worked with on a different project and he just so happened to find klutch who was interested in having something developed for him. Im not pokole's worker on anything of that sort.

    I can't provide you with full transcript of our chat because it contains other things we talked about.

    What is important and provable is that I refunded my part to pokole and pokole is the person who dealt with klutch so in no way shape or form am i liable for what happened between them.

    Your decision to hold onto the $1,800 and then transfer it to @Pokole, rather than directly to @Kluch doesn't add up and only raises further suspicion. That’s exactly why I asked the questions above regarding your relationship with Pokole and requested full, uncropped logs. Your refusal to provide the full transcript, citing unrelated topics, doesn’t help clarify anything and instead adds to the doubt surrounding your involvement.

    Raises further suspicion? Look bert I believe your IQ is above 80 so I won't repeat or rephrase anything. You're smart enough to understand I didnt "decide to hold onto the 1.8k". That 1.8k was my split for the project. Naturally if i got paid by pokole I will return the money to pokole and not to klutch. FIFO method if you've heard of it.

    If pokole made a deal with klutch then he's the one who should issue a refund. And that's literally what happened. Not my fault Pokole disappeared.

    I can prove that pokole from the screenshot is real pokole but i wont be showing you other parts of my conversation with him. I can also prove I own the wallet from which 1.8k was sent. That's all I can do for you and if that's not enough leave my dnt or ban me. I have no obligation to honor your requests just because someone tagged me in a report against pokole. I have no deal with klutch, I have nothing to do with him.

    Due to his refusal to cooperate and failure to provide the full chat logs and additional evidence requested, @blitzar will receive a 12-month ban alongside a DNT, as his involvement in the scam cannot be fully assessed without this information.

    @Pokole will also receive a 12-month ban for scamming $3,000. He may request a pardon as well, provided the full amount is refunded to @Kluch.
