    How much xp per hr? - Varies, but I'd say definitely over 100k

    It's pretty pricy, but since you're only 700k away it won't put too much of a dent into your bank.

    -Stringing Jewelry via Lunars
    -Humidying Fishbowl via Lunars
    -Making Planks via Lunars
    -Cammy Teleports
    -Enchanting Bolts
    -Stunning
    -Stun-Alching

    He is talking about mage xp.
    Superheating gold is 80k magic xp per hour.
    Plus you get 80k smith xp per hour, for an overall of 160k/hr doing superheat. But he is only worrying about MAGIC. So.. it's 80k/hr magic xp.

    im doing superheat and im getting 121k magic xp and 125k smithing. but i have the goldsmithing gauntlets for it. and i just got 99 mage from it too and 95 smithing so id go with super heating
